Research & Insights

I have been working since 1997 in the related domains of brand strategy, marketing research and UX research. I’ve designed and carried out qualitative research to develop insights that drive strategy for Fortune 500 technology and global retail brands; established brands in media, gaming, and travel; and non-profit/public sector organizations in public maternal & child health and the arts. My research has informed the design of new product lines, global brand re-launches, and inter-organizational systemic change initiatives, all contributing to creating a more connected, more humane world.
