The Numie's Travel Requirements in the U.S. of A.
TEST BEGUN AT 11:59 PM ON OCTOBER 13, 2003

By order of the CNB, THE NUMIE must go to 10 different states of the United States of America across 3 different times zones before its return home. For a Numie to be counted as "Having Been" to a state, it needs to have been actually, safely Entrusted to a New Bearer inside that state.

Upon completion of its Travel Requirements, the Numie will be considered VALIDATED. The Validated Numie shall then be delivered to an agent of the CNB in New York City. Specific Delivery Instructions will be made available as the Numie approaches completion of its Requirements.

The Agency will salute each Bearer who returns a Validated Numie to the Office of the CNB in a small VALIDATION BANQUET and celebration of the Numie's national wanderings. When both Test Numies have been Validated, preparations will begin for the launch of the Rocking Planetwide Rendition of the Game of the Numies.

Pending Numinous Success in the U.S.A. The Worldwide Game Will Begin JANUARY 2004. During this game THE NUMIE will be Required to dance on 30 countries across 4 continents of the World. Whereupon it will be considered REBORNE and may return to its home in New York City. Upon its return, preparations will be undertaken for Grand Glad Celebratory Tidings entitled
